Pillar 01

Trade License Verification

Every member submits their DED or free zone trade license number. We verify it against official UAE government records before issuing a Verified badge. Re-verification happens annually. Suspended licenses result in immediate account freeze.

Verified-Only Community

No unverified user can view deals, contact members, or participate in any part of the platform. Your business information is only ever visible to other verified Tabadal members — not to the public, not to anyone who has not passed the verification process.

Deal Agreements

Every confirmed deal generates a digital deal agreement signed by both parties before any service is delivered. This is not optional. No agreement, no deal.

UAE VAT Compliance

Tabadal auto-generates compliant tax invoices for every completed deal — one for each party. Both invoices reference the agreed Barter Value, calculate 5% UAE VAT, and carry unique invoice numbers. Compliant with VATP042 (UAE FTA, April 2025).

Dispute Resolution

Data Protection (PDPL)

Tabadal complies with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection. Trade license data and business information are processed only for the purpose of membership verification and deal facilitation.

The Dispute Resolution Timeline

1

File a dispute report

Email disputes@tabadal.ae with a description of the issue and your deal reference number. Include any initial evidence you have. Both parties are notified of the dispute within 24 hours.

2

Both parties submit written summaries

Each party submits a written account of the issue — their perspective on what was agreed, what was delivered, and where the disagreement lies. Submissions are shared between both parties.

3–5

Evidence submission window

Both parties submit supporting evidence: deliverables, communications, the signed deal agreement, milestone records, and any other relevant documentation. The Tabadal team reviews all submitted materials.

Decision issued

The Tabadal team issues a written decision binding on both parties under the deal agreement. The decision is one of three outcomes:

A

Extended deadline for performance — the party in breach is given a defined additional period to complete their obligations.

B

Partial credit to the injured party — a portion of the deal value is credited to the affected party's account for use against future trades.

C

Deal voided — both parties are released from their obligations. VAT invoices are reversed. No further action required from either party.

Escalation path: Disputes unresolved after the Tabadal decision may be referred to the DIFC Small Claims Tribunal for claims under AED 500,000. Tabadal will provide full case documentation on request.

During our founding member phase, every business receives a personal verification call with a Tabadal team member. This is not just a document check — it is a 15-minute conversation about your business, what you offer, and what you need.

We do this because the quality of the network depends on the quality of the members. An algorithm can check a trade license number. A conversation tells us whether someone is the kind of business owner who will show up, deliver, and treat their counterparty with professionalism. That is what we are looking for.

Founding members (first 50 deals) receive this as standard — no additional charge, no separate application. It is how we ensure that the first 50 businesses on Tabadal are exactly the right ones.
