Once accepted, list what you offer and what you want. Set your AED value range and category. Your profile will be visible only to other verified members.
The Tabadal team will pair you with a counterpart based on five criteria — two-way category fit, fair value, verified licence, clean record, trust signal. Both sides confirm before any introduction is made.
Both parties deliver, then confirm completion. Tabadal will auto-generate two FTA-compliant tax invoices — one in each direction — at the agreed AED value. File them in your normal quarterly VAT return.

Tabadal is for Dubai-licensed B2B service businesses with 5–50 employees. If your business sells time, expertise, or capacity — you fit. Product, retail, F&B and regulated finance are not eligible in Phase 1.
Barter only works when both sides can trust each other. Here is how the platform is being designed to make that the default, not the exception.
Every applicant's trade licence will be checked against DED or the relevant free-zone authority before going live. Phase 1 verification is done manually by the founding team.
Every trade will be scoped on paper before it starts — agreed deliverables, AED value, timeline, acceptance criteria. Both sides sign before work begins.
If a trade goes wrong, the founding team reviews evidence from both sides within 7 business days. Unresolved disputes can be escalated to the DIFC Small Claims Tribunal. Full process in our Terms of Service.
Members agree to a 12-month non-circumvention clause: don't take a Tabadal-introduced counterpart off-platform to avoid VAT or fees. Penalty: AED 2,000 or 10% of deal value.
Deals will only be marked complete when both parties confirm delivery. No confirmation, no VAT invoice generation, no rating update.
On confirmed delivery, Tabadal will auto-generate two FTA-compliant tax invoices — one in each direction — at the agreed AED value. File them in your normal quarterly return.
