Yes — cancel before your next billing date and you will not be charged again. No questions asked, no cancellation fees. Your account moves to the Free plan and all your existing deals remain active.
No — all prices shown are exclusive of UAE VAT (5%). VAT is applied at checkout. A fully compliant tax invoice is issued for every paid subscription and is available in your dashboard.
No. Subscription is the only thing you pay Tabadal. There are no per-deal fees, no commission, no surprise invoices on completion. You joined to trade without cash — we're not going to ask you for cash every time a barter closes. (UAE VAT between you and the other party still applies under VATP042 — that's a tax obligation between members, not a Tabadal fee.)
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) are accepted via our payment processor. UAE bank transfer is also available — contact the team to arrange. The exact processor (Stripe, Telr, or Network International) is being finalised before launch.
Your subscription moves to the standard rate of AED 200/mo from month 6 onwards. We email you 30 days before the change so it's never a surprise. You can cancel at any time before that date and pay nothing more. The first 5 months — 2 free + 3 at AED 99 — are the founding-member offer.
Your account closes at the end of your current billing period. Any deals already in progress complete normally — there are no fees on those either. You retain access to your historical VAT invoices via export. No exit fee, no contract minimum, no questions asked.
Possibly. We're researching whether a tiered structure (Standard + Premium) makes sense after the founding 20 are onboarded — Premium might add things like dedicated account management, multi-user accounts, or featured profile placement. Your founding-member spot is locked in regardless: you won't be forced to upgrade and your founding rate sequence (2 months free → AED 99 → AED 200) is honoured in full.
